Our embroideries are partly executed in-house and some of it is also outsourced . We are comfortable processing orders with Computerized Embroidery, Hand Embroidery and Guided Machine Embroidery.
Our Strategic tie ups also give us access to excellent and reliable washing units and garment dyeing units enabling us to offer you various functional and aesthetic washes ranging from enzyme to stone and silicon. This enables us to provide unique garments with one of a kind look, feel and finish.
We have forged strong alliances with reputed dyeing and printing units across the country, which are all ISO certified. This gives us the leverage to accurately plan and execute all our orders within the available time frame, and within our quality requirements. The dyeing units are equipped with state of the art machinery, including computer aided colour matching & laser screen engraving equipment. As a policy, we ensure that we only partner with organisations which make an effort towards protecting the environment. Subsequently, all the dyeing and printing units we work with, are equipped with eco-friendly effluent treatment plants.
Our state of the art dyeing unit is an important feature of our system. With all modern machinery we are able to offer excellent dyeing facilities to our clients. We can achieve the exact shades and ensure that they pass exacting tests. Our washing plant has top of the line facility incorporating Spin Wash, Steam Dryers, Hydro Extractors, Softening and Effluent Treatment Plants as mandatory elements in our finishing facilities.
